The ‘Seventh Year’ Repeat Leaving Certificate Programme began in September 1989. The rationale for its creation arose because we were convinced that many Leaving Certificate students, regardless of their points acquisition, were not yet ready to benefit optimally from Third Level education.
We expect that our repeat Leaving Certificate students will enhance their points, however, we offer much more! The Programme is structured and designed to prepare participants for success in Third Level education. A core element of our Programme is the personal growth that we encourage and foster in our students.
