For a few hours last Saturday, a group of 40 somethings were magically transported back to their teens!

With stories of daring escapades…..smoking behind the school wall !, trying not to bump into Mr.McGuinness in case he pulled you by the ear, losing locker keys, school bazaars and remembering first kisses! English classes with the dramatic Gerry Murtagh, trips to Paris and more romances, dances in the gym, Oh! and all the academic stuff as well!

A wonderful night was had by all and the connection we all had when students was still there. Old friendships have been renewed and there will be more Christmas greetings to send this year.

Many thanks to those who travelled from London, Paris , Budapest and Cologne and indeed to all who attended -- including the teachers, it’s quite something to look your old teacher in the eyes after 25 years.

The class of 82 can be very proud of itself and there are already rumours about the 30 year reunion!
