Reunion Plans Being Made The classes of 1990 and1998 are each planning reunions during the current calendar year. Robert Doyle and Robert McNally have begun contacting members of the class of '98 in hopes of celebrating together their 10 years since leaving. Past-Pupils' Reunions The past-pupils' class of '77 held their reunion 24th February, 2007 in The Mansion House. Forty-four past-pupils from the class attended -- one travelled from South Africa. Others came from San Francisco, Iowa, New York, The Canaries, Alicante and Germany and England. Click here to see their Class List, the Way They Were in 2nd Year and The Way They are Now. The past pupils of the class of '78 held their reunion 12th September, 2008 in the National Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire. Peter Cronin, Jim Copeland, Pat Ivory, Peter Magee and Simon Tuite helped to gather classmates from far and wide. Click here to see their Class List, The Way They Were and The Way We Are. The Class of 1979 had their reunion Saturday, the14th November (the feast of St. Laurence O'Toole!) in Private Function Room (Upstairs); Jack O'Rourke's Public House, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Anne-Marie Mahon, Ben Farrell and Jon Field co-ordinated. The '82 Reunion took place the 24th of Nov. 2007 in Hardys Bar in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dunlaoghaire. An informal Summer '08 gathering took place in The Queen's, Dalkey on 16 August. See the class list and "Remember When" pictures. Pictures of both nights are also now posted. The '83 Reunion (24 years) was held 4th of May 2007 in The Silver Tassie. Simon Holmes and Ronan Kelly were the organisers. The 25 year Reunion was in The Druid's Chair, Killiney, 5 September 2008. Organising Committee: Simon Homes, Ronan Kelly, Deirdre Moore, Jackie Mason, Michael Carroll and Bridget Whelan. Reunion (part II) celebrated their 25 year reunion on Friday, 12th June in The Silver Tassie. David Quigley and a group of classmates headed-up the event. The class of '88 reunion took place in The Silver Tassie on 4th October, 2008. Sharon Perry, Alan Kelly and Paul Howard hosted a wonderful evening. Donna Flynn, with the help of her classmates, spread the word far and wide. As a result 34 past-pupils gathered, with some travelling from the U.S. and England. The Class of 1990 held their reunion on Saturday 10th October 2009 -- Upstairs Function Room of The Queens, Dalkey -- Tina Murray, David Cassidy and Kim Murphy organised.
